  Kevin M has been incredible to work with at the Ace in Webster. He sat down with my husband and me and helped us pick up the perfect patio furniture and pergola. Kevin also got in touch with the company the pergola was coming from to get the exact information on where the pergola footers needed to go so I could get those installed while my patio was being built, instead of after. After that, he contacted the installers to let them know I was going to be calling to set it up. Not only that, while we were there, he greeted several other people coming in by name and asked how they were doing. He has gone above and beyond for his customers and have made us very happy customers! If we ever have any other patio needs, Kevin at Ace will be our first call! Thank you for truly exemplifying what customer service is in a time where it is fading away. We would definitely recommend.
