  Suburban Remodeling (Dean and Rob Lucas) did a terrific job remodeling our kitchen and a spare room. Throughout the entire process, they provided excellent communication about what to expect, what the cost would be, and they supplied updates via phone, text and photo throughout the demolition and construction. Their pricing was fair and entirely consistent with the contract we signed. However, the most impressive part of the work was their commitment to quality and detail. Our home, like many older homes, was not entirely level and some of the prior work was not of the highest quality. Dean took time to correct pre-existing issues, and he was meticulous with the new work as well-he was able to match tile so that it was completely level with prior work and each piece was perfectly fit with the others. You can tell they take pride in their work-it shows! They will not leave a job site until the owner is satisfied. I will definitely use them again! Thank you, Suburban Remodeling!
