  Their policy is that within 15 days after buying the phone/tv package, you can return the phone for prorated charges. They were unable to install tv at my place, so I returned the phone on day 10, but they still charged me for the whole month- $279. Then, unbelievably they charged me over $600 disconnect fee the following month. I had to go in everyday or 3-4 days a week to get a refund- certain associates were insulting and demeaning. It was a nightmare! That was my experience- I have yet to get the $, but they say I will eventually.

  I found my experience to be very disgusting. I went to the internet to find out the store hours and they were not up to date. The internet said open at 09:00AM. The sign on the door said 10:00AM. An hour wasted because someone was too lazy to update the Web site. I needed another case for my phone and the sales person acted indifferent to my request. After a trip to the backroom he returned with another associate and told me it was outdated and no longer available. His attitude was don't bother me with such a mundane issue and dismissed me. In response I said I would order it on Amazon and left the store. I guarantee I will never do business in that store again and I will ask my friends to avoid them also. A very disappointed ex-customer.
